Watch Jill Scott bring to life the role of Precious Ramotswe, from the best-selling novels by Alexander McCall Smith, as she pursues her dream of opening the first and only female-owned detective agency in Botswana. The series also stars Anika Noni Rose in the role of her secretary, Grace Makutsi.

I would like to nominate Barvette Gaither as an amazing woman in the community. Living in York County South Carolina, she counsels sexually abused children and help them to regain a better sense of being that is compromised by a past that doesn’t let go easily. Yet, Ms. Gaither is a strong black women enriching skills of strength and profound empowerment to each individual client. Mastering degrees in education, Ms. Gaither has mastered the process of healing a soul-one person.. one talk.. one day at a time. She so deserves to be acclaimed amazing, as her clients are now gainfully living productive lives.
