Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return any unopened products. Please contact your local Customer Service to obtain a full return instructions on how to return the products. Keep in mind that Nu Skin do not refund nor return any opened or used products sent to Nu Skin. Nu Skin does not refund the original shipping costs on products that you return.

Returned products must be shipped at your own cost and require that you use a traceable method of shipping. Lost return shipments will not be refunded. You must also provide the sales order number from the invoice to Nu Skin at the time you request a refund.

Once Nu Skin receive notification from the warehouse of the returned goods arriving, they will process the refund which can take up to 11 business days; this is dependent on your Country’s bank processing times. The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment such as a bank transfer or a credit card charge.

Nu Skin will provide a refund as follows:

(a) One hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of the product sold by Nu Skin to the member if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the member’s own cost within thirty (30) days from the order date.

(b) Ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price of the product sold by Nu Skin to the member if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the member’s own cost within twelve (12) months from the order date.

ENGLISH: To return any unwanted items, you are welcome to return within 90 days after the purchase date. You will need to obtain an RMA number from your local Customer Service. In order to send you the full return instructions and generate an (Return Merchandise Authorisation) RMA number, we need the original order number(s) and a list of all items being returned per order number. You can find this information in your Order History online.

Deutsch: Wenn Sie mit Ihrer Bestellung nicht vollständig zufrieden sind, können Sie sämtliche ungeöffneten Produkte innerhalb von 90 Tagen ab dem Kauf direkt an Nu Skin zurückschicken, wenn Sie diese vom Unternehmen erworben haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Kundenservice, um eine Rücksendenummer (RMA) und Anweisungen zur Rückgabe der Produkte zu erhalten.

Dutch: Als u niet helemaal tevreden bent met uw bestelling, mag u alle ongeopende producten binnen 90 dagen na aankoop steeds rechtstreeks naar Nu Skin terugsturen als u de producten bij het bedrijf gekocht hebt. Neem contact op met uw plaatselijke klantendienst voor een Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)-nummer en alle instructies om de producten te retourneren.

Italiano: Se non siete completamente soddisfatti del vostro ordine, potete restituire i prodotti non aperti entro 90 giorni dall’acquisto direttamente a Nu Skin, se i prodotti sono stati acquistati presso la Società. Vi invitiamo a contattare il Servizio Assistenza Clienti per richiedere un numero RMA (autorizzazione per la restituzione delle merci) e le istruzioni complete per la restituzione dei prodotti.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Company will refund to you 90 percent of the price, plus applicable, prepaid taxes, less applicable Bonuses, on unopened and resalable Products and Business Support Material sold by Nu Skin to you if the Product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

You must comply with the following procedures to obtain a refund or exchange:
(a) You must receive approval for the return in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) number before you ship the return to the Company. This approval must be obtained either by telephone or in writing, and the actual return shipment must be accompanied by the RMA number (Shipping Inquiries at 1300 NUSKIN/1300 687546 (Australia) or 0800 NUSKIN/0800 687546 (New Zealand));

(b) The Company will provide you with the correct procedures and location for returning the Products. The Company will not refund the original shipping costs on Products that you return. All return shipping costs must be paid by you;

(c) Products sent to the Company without an RMA number will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense; and

(d) Procedures may vary in jurisdictions where different requirements are imposed by law.
