How is the mud mined? Is the environment harmed?
All Canadian governmental regulations are followed in the extraction of the mud. Every day the mud is covered by 8–10 foot tides. When the tides go out, the mud is mined. The upper layer of mud is removed and the mud is harvested from a 3–4 foot depth to ensure consistency. All holes are filled with rocks and the top layer of mud is replaced. The mud is constantly replenished from the tides and nearby mountain springs. The mud is in a very remote area—two and a half hours by jeep on a dirt road and two hours by boat from the closest road.

    Large size bottle and I can see this lasting a looong time. When I first open, I wasnt expect it to be so runny, so the mud is everywhere including myself and the bottle. However if you shake the bottle well, it somewhat become thicker and easy to manage. Goes on my face easily and dries pretty quickly too.does make my skin feel really clean, and can see different on my skin.

    I have sensitive skin so I was worried this product might not suit me as I read a lot of comment that it cares redness. I have use it a number of times and haven’t had any reaction or redness occurring! However it dry my skin out So I have to use a lot of moisturizer afterwards. Probably best suited for oily skin as it draws the oils out! But overall it’s a good product!

    One of the reason I have clear skin! Been using this product for a long time, the only downside is too runny… you really have to shake it before using.
